1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking any service through Black Party Limo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion
• Accurate pickup/dropoff details are the customer's responsibility
• Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full fare
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances

4. Payment

Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on distance, wait time, tolls, or additional services requested during the trip.

5. Passenger Conduct

• Passengers must behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs
• No illegal substances are permitted in our vehicles
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
• Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged accordingly
• Our chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate a trip if passenger conduct is unsafe

6. Liability

Black Party Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return found items. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in all cases.

7. Airport Transfers

• We track flight arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly
• A complimentary wait time of 60 minutes is provided for international arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic
• Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period may incur extra charges

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
